Adjuster Handling

  • Insured is contacted within 24 hours to confirm FACTS OF LOSS
  • Loss is inspected within 48 hours by Field Adjuster
  • Field Adjuster scopes, take photos and write estimate of property damages through Xactimate  or Symbility
  • Inspection report is submitted to a Desk Adjuster for review either to pay or deny claim within 5 to 7 days

Internal Adjuster’s Review

  • Each file is reviewed by an experience ACA adjuster to determine policy limits, endorsements, and deductibles
  • Once file is reviewed through it’s entirety payment may be issued for the cover loss
  • File revisions are handled in house to provide a quick delivery to client
  • A settlement or denial letter is sent to the client within 7 business day

Re-vision or Re-inspection

  • Requested file revision(s) are completed the same day they are requested
  • The client will not be charged any additional fees if the field adjuster overlooks any items during the inspection

Resolution

  • ACA will handle your claim delicately and securely
